Training in various different group training sessions accompanied by a personal trainer makes sweating all the more fun. Training outdoors, you get to take advantage of the many different training options available in your city – steps, park benches, bridge railings, street lanterns. You train with your own body weight and optionally with functional equipment such as kettle bells or slam bells. You can take part in the training sessions regardless of your strength level, condition or your current fitness level.
