For me, sports are the perfect counterweight to my office job. Functional training has been my passion for several years now. I've familiarized myself with lots of interesting aids and training methods for functional training, such as TRX, Sypoba, VIPR, Power Core and Bootcamper. It's easiest for me to get motivated when I'm with others, which is why I prefer working out in a group. I enjoy sharing my motivation with others and helping them succeed in meeting their goals. Bootcamper is an ideal training method for this, because it lets people with different fitness levels work out together in a group.
