Bootcamp is perfect for me: I get to be outside, am responsible for my own workout and am fully independent. My biggest strength is my motivation and passion for sports. I'm always super-motivated and great at spurring on my workout participants, too. And I'm always able to meet them wherever they are on their journey. The greatest reward is seeing the happy and proud faces of my participants when they've accomplished something they didn't think they could at first. My goal is to challenge every participant at their current fitness level and, of course, make sure it's always fun.
